Simon founded CMG to focus on performance improvements in organizations. He has extensive leadership experience as a C-level executive for companies going through a period of growth or change. He spent ten years in private equity and mergers and acquisitions. He started his career in strategy consulting with Bain & Co and LEK Consulting, and with the investment bank Wasserstein & Perella. He has honors degrees from Cambridge University (BA/MA) and Stanford (MBA).

Adam has spent the last five years of his career leading transformations and expense reduction programs. He is an experienced executive of high-tech companies, having held C-level positions at a number of wireless and Internet firms. He started his career working in Investment banking with L.F. Rothschild, as well in strategy consulting with the Boston Consulting Group and LEK Consulting. He earned his AB cum laude from Harvard, and received his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
